Our extra virgin olive oil is extracted from unripe, green olives and is of very low acidity, rich in polyphenols, fruity and aromatic. Our olive trees are cultivated without any use of chemical fertilizers and in an environmentally friendly manner. Part of our olive groves are organic farms, certified by “Biohellas”.
